Viscotech ECO offers several important benefits compared to conventional VI improvers. By using bio-based raw materials, we can reduce the dependency on fossil resources. Also, bio-based raw material reduces the carbon footprint. It has a lower energy footprint than traditional co-polymers and it is truly sustainable and validated by a Life Cycle Assessment. Furthermore, the bio-based content can be measured by ASTM D6866 Carbon-14 test.
The great thing about Viscotech ECO is that all these benefits do not compromise on quality. Viscotech ECO offers equal performance compared to the conventional VI improvers.
