BRB is offering a focused range of cost effective HTV Silicone rubbers and has shown over the years the ability to supply in all situations.
High temperature vulcanizing (HTV) silicone elastomers masterbatches are basically made from reactive silicone gums and silica fillers. HTV masterbatches can be easily extend with silica fillers and special performance can be achieved by addition of wide range of additives, like plasticizers, pigments, etc.
BRB has in its offer two grades of HTV masterbatches:
- Extrusion grade
BRB Flexosil TL 300 series is general purpose HTV masterbatch for extrusion with 30 – 70 Shore A hardness.
- Molding grade
BRB Flexosil TL 800 series is translucent general purpose HTV masterbatch widely used for molding applications. Shore A hardness range: 30-70.
