The 30th European Lubricating Grease Institute (ELGI) Annual General Meeting (AGM) takes place on 21st – 24th April 2018 at the Grange St. Paul’s hotel in London, United Kingdom.
The Lube oil Additives and Chemicals business unit of BRB is attending the event which is held in different major European cities each year. The AGM conference welcomes almost 350 attendees of the lubricant sector and offers a networking platform to share expertise on an international scale.
The focus of this year’s ELGI Conference is on ‘Mobility Quo Vadis: Developments in the Grease Industry. The Future of Transportation - Cars, Boats, Trains & Planes’. The event programme includes presentations from specialists in the lubricant sectors and key industry personnel, who highlight current trends and future developments in the sector.
ELGI is an independent, self-governing institute, financed by its members worldwide. It is one of a group of scientific and technical institutes active in the field of tribology, dealing with lubricating greases and associate products. The institute is involved in all aspects of this product group, particularly those concerning the technical, economic, ecological and legislative positions in Europe.
