General

BRB International is committed to provide quality, environment, safety and health as an integral part of its business system within all of its locations.

We take care of optimal working conditions for our employees and minimize the effect of our processes on the environment.

To achieve our ultimate goals of zero incidents and zero complaints we use our inventiveness to continuously improve the quality of our products and the working conditions of our employees. BRB International therefore has created processes and implemented a system of key performance indicators to continually monitor the process and progress toward the ultimate goals.

We expect exemplary behavior of our executives and employees. It is the responsibility of all staff within BRB International to provide quality products and provide a safe and environmentally sound workplace. Safety is one of the preconditions for working within BRB International.

Quality & Quality management

To help achieving the quality BRB International wants to provide, a quality management system according to the international standard ISO 9001 has been implemented since 1999. The system has been recertified to the newest version of this standard in 2017.

Our QMS includes Quality control procedures to ensure that the raw materials we purchase, the products we manufacture and sell meet the required quality standards.

The quality policy of BRB International aims to deliver the required quality of products and services through continuous improvement, care and attention.

Meeting all the customers demands and expectations in terms of product quality and delivery reliability;
Continuous attention to optimize processes and procedures.

Environment

BRB International takes full responsibility to limit and control the effects of its activities on the environment. The environmental management system of BRB International provides the organization with the guidelines how to achieve the targets. The environmental management system is certified according to the international standard ISO 14001.

Environmental targets

To prevent unnecessary emissions and spills;
Continued improvement of the processes and procedures to minimize the environmental impact;
Development of more environmental friendly products compared to existing products in the market.

Safety and Health

Providing a safe workplace is a key element in all activities undertaken by BRB International. It is a continuous effort to create labour conditions, which guarantee safe working conditions for our employees.

Furthermore BRB International provides its customers with the information to be able to use the delivered products safely.

Total protection of our employees, customers, suppliers and all those involved;
Continued reduction, elimination and prevention of any hazards;
Active involvement of employees in the contribution to the prevention of accidents by reporting, analyzing and controlling safety and health risks. Safety is a responsibility of everyone!

Compliance

BRB International is dedicated to be in compliance with all legislation that govern its activities and products. This is very important to BRB International, because it provides the preconditions for all BRB International activities. Compliance is a part of daily operation and is the responsibility of anyone working for BRB International. Dedicated personnel implements the necessary measures and monitors compliance within the company. Furthermore the changes in legislation are monitored and if necessary processes are adapted accordingly.

Logistics

The AEO status (Authorized Economic Operator) indicates that BRB International is a reliable partner in business and the AEO status of BRB International is checked by the EU customs concerning well-regulated processes, financial solvency, document administration and has in-house specialists in the field of customs and logistics knowledge.
Companies with this status have simplified customs controls, less frequent shipments, are physically inspected and any checks will be given priority. Our customers find in this a well-organized company with less delay by customs regulations. Obtaining and retaining the AEO license is vital for any organization, including for BRB International.
